Bought this Unbra hook for my laundry room which is also the first room when entering the house from the garage. Serves as a good hook to temporarily hang my purse or other items I’m going to take with me when leaving the home. It’s also great for hanging laundry that’s not quite dry. Love that the hooks are discreet when not in use. Easy to flip up and down. Very attractive/modern/clean looking. Slightly tricky to install. Would purchase again.

Wanted a low profile coat rack that would hold multiple items without having big hooks. Well this is exactly what I wanted & needed. The fact that I can flip the hook up/in (when not in use) or down (when need to hang a coat) makes it a great functional rack & is slim & sleek. While it looks like wood it is not also the hooks are a heavy duty plastic material. Though it is a bit on the pricier side this is exactly what I was looking for & needed.Well made & is holding up as I have many coats hanging from it.

Looks sleek and very sturdy. I'd say use your own drywall anchors, or try and find a stud to attach it to, if you plan to use it for your kid's backpack or something heavier than just coats and umbrellas.

I read the other reviews before I ordered it.My rack also came with 2 slight dents but overall it you can't really notice them unless you are really looking up close at the rack.Overall it was easy to install. I did not use the paper templet. I used a tape measure and a level.There are two holes in the back of the rack that the wall screws insert into. My only complaint is that the holes are 12" apart. The wall studs are 18" apart. I was able to place one of the mounting screws into one of the wall studs but the other screw I had to use a drywall anchor.I would not recommend using the included drywall anchors as they are very cheap and small and would not hold very much weight at all. Instead I used a larger drywall anchor I purchased at Lowes that has a weight rating of 75lbs which is more than enough. This coat rack is staying put on the wall!I would have given the product 5 stars but for the slight dents and the fact that the mounting holes are on 12" apart and the two screws cannot both be mounted into the wall studs. Other than that, it is a very slick and nice looking wall rack and I would probably buy another one.

Really nice hooks that smoothly fold back into the bar. Easy to install. I put these in my guest room. Nice design and we'll made.

I’ve purchased a half dozen of these Umbra hook racks over the years in most dark brown with bronze or nickel finish hardware. We love the smooth and sleek look of these quality products as they can hang everything from our coats, scarves, hats and even umbrellas. What makes these standout are the retractable hooks. Sooo cool! Our oldest Umbras are 7 years old and still function and look as new as the day we received them. Fairly priced and a very hardy product.
