It arrived effort one of the binder things broke. I didn't return it because I don't like sending things back.

I was getting this as a gift for a friend’s daughter. It came with the plastic closures that hold the plastic top and bottom closed broken. There was no damage to the box it was packed in. If they made the case that holds the content pages a little bit sturdier I would have liked it. I asked if they can send me an unbroken case, but it seems I will have to send it back and start from scratch getting a new planner. I worry if I order the same one that it will again come broken.This is very inconvenient and if I had not ordered it as soon as I heard she was engaged it could have been a disaster.

It was my first time getting a wedding planner, and I was very excited who wouldn't be. I received the product on time, after I opened the box and took the planner out only to find out it was broken. The box that it was delivered had no damages whatsoever. I was very disappointed. The planner itself is very beautiful. I am returning it, and I do want to purchase another one that's proper.

I wore a review right after i received the order, but it was never approved. However, I did receive a full refund. I would not recommend it to anyone.
