I have had mutipule foam rollers in the past and all were sub par for the job. Some were to soft others would be flat spots. This one has a solid pvc core and nice heavy duty foam on the outer. I have also been on the look out for a roller stick and the ones I have seen were just to much money. But when I saw the price for not only the roller stick but the balls the bag and the roller I was sold. It has not disappointed.

I am a little year-round competitive swimmer and I often have very sore muscles especially in my legs, and this helps so much. I use it after almost every practice to treat and prevent soreness, and it works like a charm every time. I also use the lacrosse ball and spiky ball to stretch my feet as I have plantar fasciitis, and those work great too. I would highly recommend this product to any competitive athlete!!

Solid product at a very reasonable price. I wasn't sure about the balls, but they work well as spot massagers. My physical therapist was delighted too. I recommend it.

Great product. I love that it comes in a tote. The stick is a perfect length and is great quality. The smooth and spiked balls have just enough give to provide an effective massage. I take this with me everywhere.

Excellent value for all the products as a package. However I was looking for a travel roller and this one was solid and quite heavy so it didn’t work for me.

I didn’t think I was going to like the roller & balls as much as I did. The roller relieves pain for my back & lower body. I use the balls for my foot pain & aches, I also use them in small trouble areas on my back or hips up against a wall.

I usually love a roller stick but this one is not quite smooth. The roller units themselves don’t roll easily, and kind of get stuck on themselves. Since they get stuck, it’s easy to pinch/pierce the skin. It feels more like a weird, bumpy, skin roller than something for your actual muscles. Was enticed by the price but actually sad about this purchase. Threw it out immediately.

I loved every single thing about this product they are so professional and gives everything they promised. They added a little note on how to use their product with a website to learn techniques on how to use the roller to the medicine balls.
