Onion, Chopped and Dried - 2 Pounds - Largest Size of Dehydrated Onion

Some alternatives have onion skin and the core bit in the mix. This product was very clean, and only the smallest bIts of green skin. And no foreign matter. The onion variety is middle of the road in ‘oniony-ness’ not too sharp and a little sweet edge. Great recons for burgers, or just to reconstitute for soups and stews. This mince size is pretty versatile.

I now have enough put away so I have chopped onions when needed to add to my cooking. These are great for putting in dehydrated meals to go also. I like having dehydrated onions for back up, and now I don't have to dehydrate them myself or buy for a lot more money at the market in smaller amounts. They came quickly also. I will definitely buy more. They are good quality.

We use a lot of dried onions for cooking, these are so cost effective and good flavor. I only have to order these about twice a year. I keep some handy by the stove in a smaller container, the bag has a zip seal which keeps them fresh in the cupboard till we use them all.

Love em’. Take your beans, chili, soups, and gravy to the next ,salt free, level. Used in combination with dried, granulated red sweet peppers, they’re awesome.

I have purchased twice and will buy again. Good quality dried onions and the reasonable price for quantity.

Taste great, packaged very well. Fit my purpose perfectly. I use them for home cooking. As you can see by my picture I have used about half of them now. Time to order more.
