Impressive product
I always hesitated to get a TENS unit, but this one is very small and discreet. I also ordered the clip on case which allows me to clip it to my body.As far the the product goes, it holds a charge really well and I find I do not need to charge it very often even with a lot of use. It has several variable programs to use that can easily be changed mid cycle As well as the intensity. You can also use 2 or 4 electrodes depending on the desired affect. It comes with 3 sets of different pads so you can figure out which ones work best for you. For me the pads met the specifications where I was able to get at least 30 uses from each set. In addition you can purchase some affordable replacement pads on Amazon from the same company.One thing that would be nice is a dimmer on the light coming out of the front panel. It is super bright and blinding when in a dark room at night. Especially since the screen is all white light and takes up the entire front panel. Just wear some blue blocking lenses if using in the dark.I had one interaction with customer service and they were responsive to my request.

Works great
I really like this unit, I have to keep buying another before 1 year because I use it daily and wear it out.

Must have for actives. But flimsy.
The clip on the unit is very flimsy. It broke (clip snapped off) after 2 weeks of everyday use. I was at the gym. So I understand that is a bit excessive use than this holder's intended purpose. I have looked for an alternative holder. Haven't found one yet. I ordered a second one. I will update review after using for a couple weeks. And be much more careful with it.

I had to buy it 3 times
3 times. The 1st one broke so I got it replaced last July. Now it just broke again. I like the TENs machine but the holder sucks but I need it

That it is easy to use
The instructions were simple and straight forward. The display is simple and easy to use. Well worth the money.

Not good for everyday use
The idea is great! The product is not! Had this for a very short time, the clip is made from thin plastic and broke within a few weeks.

Clip does its job
Fits snug on unit and holds in place. Sturdy clip to use on waistband, pocket, etc.
