excellent Thinsulate
the gloves are in good quality and match the descriptions. containing Thinsulate inside is really a novel idea and it works well to keep warm. rough palm design for more friction. I believe waterproof will be helpful for skiing. so far it's perfect.

Warm and comfortable
Perfect warm and comfortable, can’t be without it this winter!

Very Warm, Difficult to use fingers
They are very warm and my hands never got wet even in snow and very very cold temperatures and harsh winds.But, it's very difficult to use any equipment with them on. The fingers are padded with soft padding, which folds under itself as you try to manipulate anything small.If the finger padding were more stiff they would be much more usable, but if you really care about keeping your hands warm, these are the best gloves I've used in terms of warmth.

Well made winter Glove at a reasonable price.
Very comfortable and keeps my hands warm just on the natural (heater off) warmth of the glove. I tried turning on the heater and they warmed up real quick. I will continue this review as I get more experience using the gloves. So far so good.

Warm and good value for the cost
I bought these for my sister during a severe cold snap in Minnesota. Her old gloves weren't keeping her warm, and we needed a low cost but effective pair of gloves because she walks most places. These keep her warm on a half hour walk to the grocery store in subzero temps (just) while giving her the manual dexterity to handle a cane or cart.If you're planning on spending long hours standing around outside, you might need something else or a hand warmer. She did notice her hands getting chilly after a while of that... but it was also a record cold spell.

Warm but cheap quality
The first day I used the gloves, the little strap that you use to pull the gloves over your hand snapped off the right side.Also, the gloves are almost impossible to get back on if you pull your hands out after they get wet. The inner lining gets misaligned with the outer shell and it takes a lot of effort to get in.

Neither waterproof nor insulating
I have worn these gloves twice since getting them. Both times I came inside because my hands were wet and freezing. Total junk. I wish I could return them but I am past the window. Not sure how they can be sold as waterproof when they are obviously not.

Great gloves!
I was on the hunt for a good pair of winter gloves and these are it! Warm, comfortable, waterproof and long enough to not let the snow get in my wrists. They look like really good construction so hopefully they will last me a good number of years.
