Q: Has anyone used this for a small 7lb cat??

I haven't "used" it in the water yet but the XXS fits my 4.5 lb kitten and the XS fits my 10 lb cat. the S was too big for my 10 lb cat. If your 7 lb cat is still growing I'd go with the XS

No! I got a S thinking it would be the right size but while the dimentions were correct it was just too big. They would only return if I paid shipping
