The quality of the product was very good. I really liked it.After using it for 1 month...Everyone in my family loves this faucet. I didn't installed this by myself because i bought a new house in which plumber did the installation. So no kind of leakages or complaint so far.. if you do it yourself then you should take some proper measurements. I have Granite in my kitchen so no fuss.. The only thing which i found is basically the pressure of water which is super high so you have to open carefully.. The best part which i love is shower in which water flows... you can change it whenever u want with the button.

Its not easy to tighten this faucet like most others, so you can still move it with some force. It seems more meant for commercial rather than residential but its doing what we need it to do. We didn't have much selection for what we were looking for (RO faucet with regular faucet and handle qnd only one holefor countertop). If something else comes along we might replace this.

It’s shorter than I expected. The hoses were also too short. I had to buy another set of hoses to extend them. I bought it because I Don’t wanna drill another hole in my granite for the reverse osmosis water valve.

I have a granite countertop and don't have a slot for the RO faucet. This saved me the time and hassle to drill another hole in the granite. Works like a charm and the price was right. So far so good.

After a day of use the faucet from beneath started dripping where the base 3 holes are present. there is no way to tighten the 2 water hoses tightly since the diameter is too small for any plier to tighten the hoses to the small holes. Its leaking now and i have to call the handyman again and see if he can fix it otherwise planning to return it and ending up paying for handyman one hour of installation and now end up buying a new one and paying couple of hours for removing and installing a new one.

Really nice faucet. Took a bit of work installing it- I’m sure a professional could have done it quicker, but it’s in and looks and works great.

With the importance for both Reverse Osmosis drinking water and working water at my sink, this faucet saves space and time.

Beautiful fixture but the shielded supply lines would not seal and leaked badly. Had to purchase expensive replacement pieces at over the price of the fixture!
