Replacement key fob & battery
The new key fob case is great and the battery was fairly easy to replace albeit a bit fiddly to desolder. Didn’t need to replace the switches which is just as well as they appear to be surface mount and difficult to replace with regular soldering iron.

Need expertise and a fine soldering iron
Changing battery is straight forward with a good fine soldering iron and resolver pump . But to change the 4 switches needs so much patience . Very small and complex

Great kit!
Bought this kit to refurbish the fob and replace the battery. Easy DIY repair and now the key works perfectly and looks brand new!

Great Product
This saved me a lot of money. Easy to fix, if you take your time with the soldering iron, just be careful removing the old battery and fitting the new one. Then refit, click the case together and test. All done in 30 minutes. Thank you for selling these, I've just bought a second one.

Cheap ..broke the key within the week of buying..nasty cheap plastic

Case looks a good replica, battery has a different number on it to what was on the original circuit board, tried it, didn't work, put the old battery back on it and that didn't work either so now am thinking the board lost its coding as it will not accept the key in the ignition slot as is going to cost a fortune to replace

Easy to change.
Needed a new case, old one worn and sticking in key slot. Ordered and arrived on time, looked good. Easy to take the old one apart just prise open with pointed pliers, take circuit board out and slot into new key case. Put a small amount of glue around the edges and snapped back together. Works a treat key now ejects itself from key slot when pressed in.

acheter apres avoir vue une video de montage sur internet, nécessaire car la pile est a souder. le suis ravis j'ai récupérer une clés qui ressemble et fonctionne comme une neuve. Je recommande, mais attention faut être un minimum bricoleur
