build quality is very good and overall the product is very good. received delivery within 1 day and assembling is very easy.

. Amazon delivered the cycle within 2 days or so. Packaging of the bike is nice, it's a rectangular box. Installed the bike myself, there's a guiding video on YouTube available. The bike is made in a way that installation is easy for anyone. The company also offered to send their technician to install the bike. Bike worked well on the first day and faced no problem

The bike is quite OK from exercising perspective. The built quality is good. However there are two things they can improve. The rider seat is too small, they should make it little more wider and more comfortable. And second the display monitor could have been a little more better like it misses the resistance level. Otherwise it's quite good.

Look elsewhere
Though the assembly is supposed to be done by a technician, these people send a video. It’s simple enough. But, they shouldn’t lie in the product page.After using for 5 minutes a week for 3 weeks, peddle broke. I tried contacting customer care for 5 times. It just gets disconnected and no one ever calls you back.The seat is very unstable. If you peddle it with more than 6-8kmph, the entire cycle starts wobbling.They kept calling me for feedback. When I told them the issue, they simply said, “Ok. Thank you” as if I’ve given them a positive feedback.It’s better buying a sturdy cycle for half the price in local sports shops.

There's some basic noise but that can be addressed with some basic tightening of screws. The bike's seat is extremely thin and may pose a problem to people. Instead of cotton based break pad, a rubber based break pad could have been used and they could have given a silicon based lubricant for it
