HDView has been very responsive and easy to work with

HDView has been very responsive and easy to work with. The products are as described and arrive as scheduled. Had problems with the NVMS-1000 software not recording on motion detection. Contacted HDView through email and they arranged for technician to conference call me and fix my issue. Very happy with the starlight 5mp and 3mp dome cameras.

I am very disapointed that mounting base can not be use with the small flir dome cameras.

Great Wire Box for hiding my camera cable

It perfectly matches the dome camera that I bought from this seller, it has plenty space inside, I even can hide a big video power balun.I used silicon to seal the edge, then it becomes a waterproof case to protect the wire ends.The installation is also very easy, take off the dome camera base, then replace with this box, twist it on the camera, that's it.
