I liked the pain relief and adhesive quality of this tape. I definitely will order again. It stayed on for several days. I really do think the copper helped in my pain relief.

I like this tape a lot. It helps with the knee pain I have from arthritis,and a torn meniscus. I like that you can cut it into whatever size you want, and you can curve it up your leg as you put it on. I’m not crazy about the adhesion, though. It doesn’t seem to stick that well-doesn't stick as many days as KT Tape, or my favorite, Theratape. But i’m a strong believe in kinesiology tape-it makes it possible for me to walk without much pain, with my messed-up knees.

I love this product because it helps me relieve the arthritis in my hands and shoulders. Best thing ever!

First time using K-Tape but heard good things for pregnancy-related rain relief..Worth trying

I bought this tape for the tendinitis I got from my weekend warrior activities. There are some good videos on YouTube that show how to apply the tape. I do recommend using the split cut on the crease of the elbow as the rotation of the lower arm can cause blisters from the adhesive of the tape.

I broke out in a terrible rash ended up throwing it all away.

I had a bit of runner knee last week and though this tape would help. It definitely did the trick and help maintain stability on my injured knee. The material is easy to use, I cut into an 'X' shape for my situation.

I am a massage therapist & tape clients & myself. Have tried another brand (that was cheaper) with copper & love it so I thought I would try this brand. Never again! Normally I leave the tape on for 3 or 4 days & is still VERY adhered to the area with this tape it was rolling & lifting within 30 mins of applications.
