Pretty good
Great size, easy to apply. Pain relief is comparable to another popular brand. Adhesive could be better. It starts out pretty good but then the corners start to loosen. I will still likely buy them though.

I CAN MOVE AGAIN!!!
I have a compressed nerve between my L4 & L5 vertebrae. I have a job (xray tech in a huge hospital) that is beyond physically demanding - pushing and pulling heavy machines, lifting patients that weigh 2-4 times my weight, and constantly moving.About every six months or so, my back gets so bad that breathing is torment. I'm highly sensitive to medications (ibuprofen will knock me out) so I try to avoid pills as much as possible. The Tiger Balm patches start providing relief in about ten minutes, and usually take about twenty minutes to kick in enough for me to be mobile again. They have a very light scent compared to the little jars of Tiger Balm, and have not stained my clothes or skin. My favorite thing about these, aside from how long one patch lasts (like, 7 hours on a bad day) is that they are stretchy! I can easily cover the width of my back with one patch, which really comes in helpful when the pain tends to jump from spot to spot.Until I can book a surgery, these help me so much and I keep them on hand all the time.

Best for Sciatica Pain
I suffer from two ruptured discs and sciatica, so anything that will dull the pain is welcome. These pads really do the trick, and though Salon Pas work well, these Tiger Balm pads are better. Heavy with menthol, they're a little tricky to adhere because of their stickiness, but as long as you can keep parts of the pad from adhering to itself, the application is easy. Almost immediately the pain eases, and maybe that's why this product has been around so long---it works.I'm a high school English teacher and on my feet all day, and these pads keep the pain at bay for 12 or more hours. Sciatica on my left side makes it difficult to sit or to stand for any length of time. These patches do emit a slight menthol smell. but I don't care about that as long as they work.I've also learned that if you'll purchase a cold pack, freeze it, and then wrap it in a towel, your pain relief can be two-fold. I lie on the cold pack for twenty minutes at least twice a day, and doing so helps shrink the swelling and inflammation. These pads are well worth the price and may be cut--but keep the plastic backing on first if you cut in two.

Created a numbing feeling that lasts a long time. Great for sore muscles when you are trying to sleep.
