Been using this for over 40 years. I might not have the best lifestyle, but it has maintained my health. I'm 76.

I like these because the have most everything in them. Nine a day is a bit much to remember to spread out throughout the day, so I take three once or twice, as I remember with food. Feel like it really keeps some vital nutrition available to pad a less-than-complete diet, as most everyone ends up with these days by nature of the food available without a lot of hassle and expense.

The tablets are big, but easy to give a little bite to in order to halve. They're big, not because of fillers, but the vitamins and such that are included. It's a great bargain if you appreciate what's included.

I find this to be an excellent “multi”, which includes clinically researched phytonutrient extracts from fruits and vegetables. Although available as a powder, I would love to see it formulated as a liquid.

I’ve used the regular multi vitamin for years with now problem. Not sure which ingredient or ingredients did it to me but it caused many random reactions throughout my body. By process of Elimination it was in fact this product. The sweating was probably the niacin. But the joint pain was pretty bad

Hands down the most complete multivitamin available on the market. You won't find anything with these many vitamins in one dose and the kids love it!
