WORKS GREAT FOR GREASE CLOGS! wow I cant believe how quick this worked to unclog my kitchen sink from where I accidently had hamburger grease go down and clog the drain. This was a pretty bag clog and trying this was my last resort before calling a plumber and it was almost instant! Highly recommend and I will definitely always have this on hand for the future! PS I have an old house with old pipes so I was very impressed with this product

for years, I have been using this in my bathrooms to keep up in the sinks to an absolute minimum. Seems to work well because my daughter and I both have long hair and we don’t get clogged drains in the shower not in the slightest. I also use this in the sink where people spit their toothpaste and all that lovely stuff. and surprise surprise the few times I have actually used it in the kitchen they clog, it never works! Like we’ve had two kitchen sink, clogs both from lettuce… Who knew… And this did nothing. It would sizzle and Smoke like it normally does, but the clog would still be there. I was slightly concerned about using kitchen cleaner in the bathroom, but pipes are pipes. There’s not really much of a difference and I have asked two different plumbers if these are OK in the bathrooms and they all say yes it’s just marketing. They are good for all pipes, which is great because I’m obsessed with these granules. They keep my bathrooms completely clear just follow the instructions, take a few samples like three put them down the drain and then follow up with hot but not boiling water. It will sizzle and smoke for a few minutes then give it 15 minutes to do it thing and then rinse. That’s it.

Bought this after my landlord kept putting off fixing my sink for grease build up and having no luck with regular Drano. This really works. My only warning is to probably wear a mask when pouring. The chemicals are pretty stong

These might work for others, but didn’t work very well for me. I use the whole can still had a clog.

I bought Drano because my shower drain was gurgling like it was trying to summon the underworld. One dose of this mystical elixir and boom—Silence. Not even a burp. They charge into the darkness with sudsy swords, slicing through hair, soap scum, and every questionable thing I’ve ever washed down a sink in my life. Drano didn’t just unclog my drain—it unclogged my soul. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their bathroom to stop sounding like a bog monster gargling soup.

To begin with, there are Warning notations on the product, as it is a very dangerous chemical to expose to any part of a living creature, or many materials. The material is categorized as the opposite of a strong acid, on the pH scale for chemicals. The directions to the "T". Two rounds, as directed. However, they should be listed not to breathe in any of the dust that accompanies the granules, as it goes up the nose, in the eyes and all over the places. If the granules were intact as solid granules, without dust, there should not be the same effect that was experienced. Sinuses and eyes burning, even with precautions taken. I would highly recommend the use of a good quality breathing mask, along with sealed goggles. The dust can still land on one's skin and react with moisture there. In other words, BE CAREFUL in the use of this product, or any dangerous chemicals. My kitchen drain is still sitting stagnant, as it didn't work. Both sides of the double sink has blocks to keep heavy material from going down and the users are fully aware of using a screen over the openings to avoid a clogged drain. Now, the dangerous, caustic chemical will have to be drained by removing the trap, with increasing danger, as the chemical can splash or spill onto surfaces or on the repair person. I would not buy or use ever again, personally. Am happy for those it worked for. Good for them.
