WWG Medieval Siege Battle Tower – 28mm Fantasy Wargaming Terrain Model Diorama

This tower does need a little tweaking to fit together well but most modelers will have no trouble fitting things properly. For the price this is an excellent model.

This structure is mainly sturdy, modular and easy to put together. The problem is the roof where the four pieces were not completely evenly sized and did not align well when I glued them together. The material the roof was made out off was also much more difficult to paint than the rest the structure. The three main blocks of the tower with additional floor and stair pieces took acrylic paint well, the roof again proved more problematic. Finally the door of the structure seems a little bit smaller than scale.

Item is detailed and goes together very nicely. Tower is not painted.

I don't usually do reviews anymore but for any gamers looking at this I found it was just what I wanted for 28mm medieval gaming and it matched in sizing and look the Sally 4th MDF walls and towers I already have ( but which are presently no longer available) . The tower has three levels and you do not have to stick them together and you do not have to use the slopping roof. I can use one level for example to add to the height of my Sally 4th towers.Bit of a struggle getting acrylic paint to adhere to the plastic and have tried washing the pieces in detergent . It will need several goes. Minimal construction as each level is molded as a single hollow square piece. I have bought some more.
