This make has a little bit of a sweet taste unlike some that tastes a little bitter. Just a shame they don’t do bigger boxes. But for sure worth the money

Not worth the money. No excuse noticeable difference in energy levels

The tea itself has a slight sweetness but you can add some honey or agave to sweeten it up. It's not a bad tea and tastes quite calming though I've had this recently to help me naturally boost my energy levels and I still felt quite poor. I'd say it's better for those who already feel rested but are looking for a little extra boost.

The taste slite hint of mint butore so helped my thinking my memory is getting better and with trying xx

Such a lovely and relaxing herbal tea. Very beneficial for the body. I personally really like this tea, and I add a spoon of honey to it. Would recommend it.
