Use for my chickens!
Love using this for my chickens coop shelf. No strong chemical scent. Clumps well, not dust and even holds up in freezing temps. No complaints and have being buying for over a year.

Best cat litter. Ever.
Catspot is unmatched. This litter is natural with no scent or putrid and harmful chemicals. When other litters fill with urine or feces, they reek in a festering, toxic way. Other litters also fill the air with lung-damaging dust or fake-smelling scented coverups. Not Catspot. It’s a litter on a plain that towers above all the rest.No one would ever guess that I have a cat in my home. The price is economical. It lasts longer than other litters. Its weightlessness makes it very easy to work with. I don’t have to worry about throwing my back out just to get it in my house. It’s light, light, light. My daughter recommended Catspot to me, and she’s had cats for several years. This is the best litter she’s ever used. I’m a first-time cat owner, and dreaded the “stink” of all the cat litters I’ve tried heretofore. All of them stink. (Even the ones that say they don’t.) Catspot doesn’t smell—at all. And…Catspot doesn’t generate dust.I have a sifting litter box and Catspot sifts well. It never sticks to the bottom of the box.Every cat litter on the planet tracks—no one makes cat litter that doesn’t. If that’s the only downside of such a great product as Catspot, I’ll take it, because that part has no adverse effects on a person’s health—especially if you happen to be someone who keeps your home clean regularly as I do.All animals take maintenance, and cats are no exception. Cats take a little cleaning up after too. 💕

Update September 30, 2023 maybe not as dust free as I thought
Update September 30, 2023I’ve used cat spot for five years. Maybe they changed their manufacturing process but it seems like cat spot is really dusty. You can see in my pictures how it accumulated on nearby items.I’m testing two clay, litters, Dr. Elsey’s and Boxies beside my cat spot so I have three litter pans. There’s there’s dust on the rim of the cat spot box, and no dust on the rooms of the clay boxes. In the picture showing all three boxes Dr. Elsies is on the left and boxes is on the right box. He seems to be a finer ground and clumps very well Dr. Elsey’s clumps break up a bit.I really wanted cat spot to work. It’s so light only 4 pounds for a bag but the dust and tracking didn’t work for me they were little brown pieces on my furniture. My little white cat had brown socks.I also found it difficult to figure out when to change the cat spot. Sometimes it would smell sooner than others so far the clay doesn’t smell at all.The other nice thing about the clay is the kitty paws don’t sink the way they do in the cat spot so there’s less trackingSo far Daisy, my little white rescue, loves the Boxie and Abigail my Maine Coon still likes cat spot. I’ll put it out until I use up what I’ve got. She’s pretty easy-going. I’m not anticipating any problems.Update: Jan 29,2018Have one large 23lb Maine Coon, use extra large high side litter boxHad to use walnut litter when on trip.....too heavy, dustyCatspot: only put 1inch, and change weekly, any deeper and paws sink in and track more, more smell.Sifting with scoop helps aerate, seems better than just stirring to keep odor downCat likes to sit in new litter, chose Catspot over walnut when side by sideUsed for 4 months, no dust......really. Adjust to seeing some tiny little flecks but very little attaches to Maine Coon fluffy paws so very minor tracking compared to Worlds Best and the walnut stuff. I used to see dust accumulate everywhere and in the vacuum. Now very minor debris in vac. Do see flecks when she jumps on bath vanity but very little easy to clean and who knows what dust I could not see from the other brands. Smell under control with regular stirring and changing, does not work for vacation.Update 8-23-19 Love Catspot. One Maine Coon 23 lb. Change 1 1/2 weeks, dump out pour pile in middle of box. No need to fill whole box. Cat uses the pile and since it absorbs it grows in size. Minimal tracking, no dust. Very lightweight so easy to move box to dump out or vacuum area.

Less Product than Advertised
I bought this product about 6 months ago and the bags were as advertised having 16.5 L of product in each bag. Now, the product is still being advertised as 16.5 L when in fact it is 14.15 L for the same price as before and with the same 16.5 L picture. This is false advertising and the product should not be the same price as it was when it had more product or at least fix the advertising. I’ve tried reordering 2 times with the same result. Unfortunately, I like the product but I have to buy 3 bags instead of 2 when I clean out my chicken coop/droppings board. Not sure I can afford it anymore.

Great for chicken coop
I use this product in a litter pan I built under my chickens roosting bar and it’s great. Easy to scoop and clean and safe for my chickens as well as compostable. Will continue to purchase

High tracking. Quick smelling.
*** UPDATED 4/7/23: CONCLUSION: We’re no longer using this litter. The tracking was insane and because the coconut absorbs and breaks down (which it’s supposed to do) the urine smell invades your space very quickly. Despite changing the entire litter boxes every couple of weeks our cats started peeing outside of the box. Also, our cat with white paws would look tinged with brown after using it, as you can see in the photo. <sigh> I had high hopes for this litter out of the gate, but we’re continuing our search for the perfect litter. Until then we’re using Arm & Hammer and our cats are learning to ‘Slide’ like the disco cat in the commercials. At least they’re having fun LOLORIGINAL REVIEW: I really like this litter. It is light weight and absorbent. We started using it two weeks ago and can honestly say there is minimal to no dust. We purchased it because one of our cats was showing fur loss from over grooming due to irritation and decided to rule out the kitty litter we were using. This seems to be helping! The only drawback is that it tracks EVERYWHERE. We have one shorthair cat and an Angora with medium-length fur. They are both tracking this through all three levels of the house. We are constantly sweeping, vacuuming and picking up coffee-ground-like crumbs everywhere from around the litter boxes in the basement, our bedspread on the first floor and my desk on the second floor of our home.
