A Mayan delight!
I worked in Belize for a short while and was invited for dinner to the home of a Mayan couple. The chicken was so absolutely fabulous that I couldn't quite believe it! I searched for years hoping to find the red spice that Maria had used. Well, I believe that this is it! A little goes a long way so this package is a good value.

Great for pollo Asado
if you’re looking for spice for a Mexican Pollo asado I would highly recommend this. Mix for a perfect marinade with some orange and lemon juice and a few other spices. It comes out fine in the oven but really has a nice smoky flavor if you grill it.
