Awesome ball for stretching spine!
I asked Google what the best ball for stretching a sore spine was, and was recommended to this theraband Pro series 30-in exercise ball, regardless of the height of the person. My husband is 5'8" tall and gets a lot of relief from an exercise ball. I read all of the literature about sizing for the ball and so forth, but discovered that the best size, regardless of the height of the person if someone is looking to stretch their spine, the 30-in Thera-Band Pro series was the best and number one recommended ball by experts. Thank goodness I did my research and paid attention! I purchased the 30" Theraband Pro series ball and my husband is thrilled! We recently made a long move across the country and could not bring his Teeter backswing with us. He has been missing it and tells me that this ball is almost as good (and way less expensive, of course)! I got it for our 30th anniversary, and he said it's more romantic than anything else he could possibly have imagined! We have a handheld air compressor also purchased on Amazon for a different reason, which inflated the ball in fewer than 10 (to the recommended 80% for the first 24 hours, and then it only took a few minutes for the remaining 20% the next day). Super easy and fast! It was misshapen at first due to creases and folding, but it actually turned around within 24 hours of completing inflation. It is thick, durable, has a color that is nice to see and matches my husband's eyes (it's the blue one), and does everything it is purported to do! The air has not leaked from the ball at all since we first filled it and it gets used many times daily. The size is spot on and it does exactly what it's advertised to do functionally. This ball is such a high quality I cannot believe we paid such a low price! What a value! Honestly, I'm ready to buy another one. I love it because I can just grab it and use it as a seat when my husband is hogging the couch in the television room! It's like a therapeutic bean bag! Haha! I highly recommend this exercise ball and definitely do your research before ordering any size. Most sites will tell you that you should order a height-base-sized ball, but if you dig deeper you will find that this one is actually recommended for all spinal stretching regardless of your height. Other than that though, you should always purchase a ball that is recommended for your height. I'm stating this based on what I read - - not out of any professional knowledge. A must have!

Follow the Inflation Steps, Get a Rock-Solid Ball
Surprisingly well made and durable for something that looks this simple. Once fully inflated, it feels stable, grippy, and consistent under load. No weird soft spots or slow leaks so far, and it holds shape well through regular use. The inflation process is more involved than you'd expect. You need to complete it in two stages. Fill in part way, and come back for a top-off after it has time to expand. Slight hassle, but it is there for a reason. Do it right and the ball firms up to where it should be. If you follow the instructions, you end up with a solid, predictable trainer that does exactly what it is supposed to. Worth it.

Bouncy bouncy, flouncy flouncy, fun, fun, FUN!
I've had this ball for three years, and am sitting on it as I write this review! It is my workstation "chair". If I sit too long my perenium goes numb )-: but it holds air so well I may only pump it up once/yr, and that is with daily use! I'd buy two if I had more butts around to sit on them (-; Thinking about buying a small one for more exercise options, which this one I have does double duty for. Also works fairly well for rebounding exercises.

Good Construction & Sturdy
Bought this after shoulder surgery for my rehab. It's small and allowed me to complete my exercises easily. It's well constructed, sturdy, holds air well and doesn't deflate. It's too small to sit on, but it worked really well for what I needed.

Struggling with the instructions? let me break it down for you
I am in the waiting a day phase (but i did sneak in a few minutes of stretching heheh) The ball itself, seems like it could be a good investment in the long run. But let me tell you how frustrating it was blowing this thing up. Their instructions are rather convoluted, but it does come with some which double as a poster of exercises. I'm gonna break down these instructions to some simplicity, because their photos and the way they organize the instructions had me scratching my head. They give you this plastic strap/tape with holes in it, you're supposed to wrap this strap around the ball, keeping it centered all the way around - ball's hole is the top and hole 1 & 2 should both go over the ball's hole, insert the pump nozzle into the ball and through the 2 strap holes. Fill until the tape is tight to the ball. The ball can continue to be filled between hole 2 & 3. Wait 24 hours before use. Then checknifnyou need to add to let out air to your liking. They use way more words to say this; so thats your long story short. Ok, ok... I've included some images here that will hopefully be helpful. What you see first is the ball filled once the tape is tight to the ball using holes 1 & 2... still a lot of way to go in order to be useful. Doesn't make sense to me that anyone would stop here, but this is where the instructions say wait 24 hours and see if you need to add more air. 😆 In the instructional image, I thought holes 2 & 3 of the tape would be quite close, but there's quite a bit of space between them. The last image is where I stopped filling, about 21". I don't feel like this could really get to be filled all the way to that 3rd hole, the ball was getting really tight by then and i didn't feel comfortable with it that hard... maybe its fine and I'm just nervous... idk, last time I aired up one of these things was over 25 years ago.

Just as good as my PT’s Office
The directions made my husband a little nervous about overfilling the ball, so he actually under filled it at first because the directions stated it would expand. The next day he finished filling it, and it works just as good as the one at my PTs office. I had a total knee replacement, and this ball helps me do squats against the wall to help with range with motion. Excellent quality!

Good quality product not a cheap imitation. Well worth extra spend.
Goods as described and quick delivery. Good quality product from a company with a solid reputation. Spend a little extra and get a product designed for the purpose. Don't waste your money on poor quality Chinese made rubbish. Would definitely recommend this seller.
