Our pup loves two things, balls and ropes! With the ropes, she pulls at the strings and eats them. She has a very sensitive stomach which causes digestive problems if she ingests a lot of string. This gives her the satisfaction of having a ball and a rope and I don’t worry about her as much!

This is my favorite mammoth product and I keep buying them again and again. Our pup loves the ball design and it keeps her engaged for hours. The material is safe for ingesting. We love the quality and colorfulness of these products.

Our beloved rescue pup turned 8 today and this was his birthday present. We’ve had him since he was 4 months old and all this time he destroys most toys within 30 minutes. Squeakers removed and punctured, “guaranteed puncture proof” beds refunded, stuffed things eviscerated. This giant rope ball is his next challenge and I think he’s met his match. Since he only weighs 20 lbs he looks ridiculous carrying this almost 5” round rope ball around which is bigger than his head but he loves it. We have found that smaller diameter rope balls are too easily unraveled so this looks perfect for him. This one is a good one—soft cotton rope wound tight and good for his sharp little teeth. A winner.

Dog loves these but she’s getting too good at destroying them.

Our 9 year old lab has always had the Mammoth Flossy 5 knot ropes and loves those things. Saw the rope ball and figured we’d give it a go. She likes it, everyone is happy! She doesn’t chew on it as much as the ropes, so we’ll see how long it lasts.

Perfection. This toy really is a great all around toy. We have a extra large black lab. He is a very aggressive chewer. Now while he is an aggressive chewer he does not tend to destroy ropes or hard plastic bones. He has no issues with any soft rubber or plastic toys and rips them to shreds. However ropes are about the only thing worth the money we have found that last more than a day or two. So far I can say that this toy is perfect. It has a couple nice knots in it to give a good grip when playing tug o war. Also the knots are tight enough that they haven't come undone. Which has surprisingly happened in the past. We have had this for a few weeks now and it still looks new. Despite the fact that it has provided our black lab with many many hours of fun. It is a perfect occupier especially to help him cope with his separation anxiety. When I was looking at ordering a new dog toy I was very skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised with this toy and for sure would recommend it to someone with a heavy chewing larger dog.

So my dog is a super chewer and can destroy anything. This is one of very few things that has lasted more than a couple of weeks. I think she likes the challenge of trying to untie the knots and the texture they give. It's also her favorite toy for tug of war.
