Where are these made?

Our Beeswax Crayons are manufactured in China under strict Faber-Castell production guidelines.  All of our art products are non-toxic, safe and ASTM Certified.  To guarantee consistently high quality standards, manufacturing processes in all Faber-Castell factories are continually monitored through IPC (In-Process Control).  These controls ensure that the products comply with the relevant specifications.  If any deviations are detected the cause can be remedied at the production stage, before the defective products enter subsequent processes.  This avoids a situation where the products are not checked until the end of the process chain.  A final quality check is then performed before the end product is shipped to the customer.  Faber-Castell upholds these high standards by utilizing carefully selected raw materials – many of which are used across multiple products.  Performing extensive chemical and physical tests ensure that they meet or exceed all U.S. safety standards including those for lead, phthalates and magnets. Raw materials, components and finished products must all satisfy stringent quality requirements.

It is this key ingredient that makes Beeswax Crayons found in the Premium Children's Art Products Brand like no other!  Due to company policy regarding proprietary information, we cannot specify the beeswax content of each crayon. All Faber-Castell products distributed by Faber-Castell USA are non-toxic and safe.  They are certified non-toxic by a board-certified toxicologist and conform to ASTM standards.When you see "Conforms to ASTM D-4236" on our packaging, this is what it means...ASTM stands for American Society for Testing and Materials Standards. ASTM D-4236 is a labeling practice for products that contain art materials. An evaluation is to be conducted by a board-certified toxicologist.  The evaluation ensures that the product is not expected to pose any significant chronic adverse health effects to humans via ingestion or skin contact when the products are used as intended or under circumstances involving reasonable foreseeable misuse. Looking for first crayon set for 1 1/2 yr old! would this be a good first set for her age?

The Beeswax Crayons are a great first crayon for little ones with their vibrant colors, size and shape.  The product is non-toxic and safe however, they are recommended for children age 3 and up.

Question 4

What are the 24 colors?  We ordered the box and got 2 dark browns.  Faber Castell will replace but we need to tell them the missing color!
