Never felt better
It’s 12 pills a day but I’ve never felt better. I had very low energy and fog all day. Now I feel clear and have a lot of energy as well. It’s been 2 weeks but felt the effects within the first couple days.

After taking for a month or so, at about half the full recommended dose, I developed a painful fissure in roof of my mouth that did not go away until I stopped taking this. The only time I ever got something similar was taking a vit-C product known as ester-C, which is calcium ascorbate. At any rate, I then checked ingredients of this LEF mix and found it also contained calcium ascorbate. By the time I figured this out, my Amazon return window had closed. I don't know if it is the calcium ascorbate itself or some toxin in the manufacture of it. You never can tell where these companies actually source the ingredients. Going back to Solaray multi.
