Male Version

A friend of mine recommended I try this, and since I am a tall woman I chose the male version (it's longer). I should mention that I experienced a bad fall from 8 feet in 1979 and I landed on asphalt on my right hip. I have had hip, lower back, and leg pain ever since. A few years back I developed knee pain and I didn't think it was related, but it turns out it was very much related. My friend thought this might help me. The first week or so I used this, it hurt more. I felt my body was resisting dropping my right hip. The left side would drop without any problem but the right side didn't want to budge. On the day my right hip finally let go and dropped, the pain increased..... but within 15 minutes of getting up off the Sacro Wedgy, the pain decreased. I've been in pain for so many years that it almost seems normal, so I kept using it. Roughly 2 1/2 weeks after beginning with this routine I noticed my knee abruptly stopped hurting and it hasn't hurt since. 3 years of knee pain simply disappeared. My back still has some pain... I don't expect this to be a quick fix... but I am most certainly noticing that my stride has changed. My injury had previously made my feet draw up so that I was walking on the outside edges of my feet. I can now walk with my entire foot making contact with the ground. That is an incredible improvement! I have been using it for about three months and I am noticing other small alignment changes. This is a wonderful product and I am grateful for the better range of movement and the decrease in pain!

For years I have been dealing with chronic sacral pain particularly the SI joints. After one session with the sacralwedgy I had tremendous relief. More relief than a visit to the chiropractor. This product works. Great to do after a workout. Can’t recommend enough. A little pricey but beats paying $200 a month for chiropractor visits.

I used this for chronic SI pain, and as I lay on I thought nothing was happening, but I stayed on it for 20 minutes, all while following the steps. After getting up, my back was relaxed and stiffness was gone. My SI issued are old so I'd expect it to take some more time before they eradicated with wedge, stretching, and strengthening. Highly recommend this product. 20 minutes brought instant relief.

Just saw the wedge tucked near my chair. Used faithfully and my pain kept increasing. Might be a good idea to have x-rays taken to see what the issue is rather than throwing money for products!

Diagnosed with SPA a couple months ago, I tried this recommendation from a friend. It’s a real game-changer in my struggle with back and hip pain. I’m extremely grateful to my friend who suggested it.

I have to admit that this item actually works. It's a bit uncomfortable as it's made of a hard rubberlike substance, but after 20 minutes it relieved my lower back pain and a pain just below my knee which I believe is caused by hip mis-alignment. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had to rate this at 3 stars because it works, but found that a rolled up hand towel is just as effective and much more comfortable to use. Different size towels will allow height adjustment and the towel is placed at the lower back aligned with the spine. For me the towel works fine but there are probably other choices that would work just as well, after all, the creator of this device used his hand originally. This item is great because it works, but it's way over priced considering the design.

My tailbone tended to get numb after awhile, and it is relieving but also a little unusual. I used it for a while but just don’t like the strange feeling. Laying down on it does feel great though, it’s not as intense.
