PH level is 6.5 - 7.5. It's water based and very neutral

what does it smell like? mine smells a bit like old oil. i like the feel of it otherwise, might return to get newer one.

There are no scents added to the formula. What you're smelling is the natural combination of the plant based ingredients. We are currently working on an improved formula that will a stronger concentration of extracts and the scents will be more noticeable.
