May still leak under low water pressure.
I replaced this on a Dometic 320 after a freezing issue. Installation was OK, but doing it without removing the toilet makes it a little tight to work on. We did notice intermittent leaks but couldn't determine why. Some trips were fine, others it would leak a little (paper towel put underneath absorbed most of the water). On my latest trip, it was leaking, and we noticed the water pressure was low at the faucets. Further investigation showed my adjustable water pressure regulator had malfunctioned and would not allow much pressure. I replaced the regulator and pressure was good at the faucets and the toilet valve stopped leaking. If there is not enough water pressure, the valve must not seat completely. It's worth checking the water pressure before assuming the valve needs to be replaced.

Too bad it has to be replaced every year
The was the fourth valve I have had replaced. One every year!! Three were under warranty, but the last wasn't covered, although it should have been. The design is apparently flawed as it is almost impossible to keep from freezing unless it is removed, although I am not sure it actually froze. It is not hard to replace unless it is like the one in my rv, where it fits in a corner with all the connection behind the toilet in a very restricted space. The last one the dealer replaced had not been screwed in which may have contributed to the leaking. The rep at SeaLand recommended using the enclosed screws. Anyway, no more leaks, at least for now. Anyway $40 beats a $100 or more to have it replaced by a service center. I plan to keep a spare.

Absolute Garbage!
I bought the Dometic brand-name replacement valve because I didn't want to have any problems with a cheap "knock-off" valve. I should have bought a "knock-off"! I replaced the valve before we left on a month-long trip. It was only a couple of days and the valve was leaking from the stem. Same as the old valve. You can see the great quality of the valve in the picture. Don't waste your money. Buy a cheap replacement, it can't possibly be worse.
