I know people usually go for a cute matte look and don’t get me wrong it’s cute and fun, but i personally love a good glow, hence why i bought the dewy setting spray. AND LET ME TELL YOU!!! GIRLLLLL!!! This setting spray MELTED MY MAKEUP IN, I have sensitive dry skin and this spray not only melted my makeup in, but it also left my skin nice and glowy and moisturized. The setting spray lasted me from 7am-8pm when i took the makeup off for bed, THATS 18hours even more than what the bottle says and MY MAKEUP DID NOT MOVE, my blush stayed, contour looked great, and i still had that nature glow and my face did not look oily what so ever, SOOOOO 10/10 WILL BE BUYINGi AGAIN and you should buy it too;)))

This setting spray (Dewy) from Nyx is my ride or die! As a perpetually dry skinned girl, I rely heavily on hydrating products, both before makeup application, and after. This product does a beautiful job of adding that healthy hydrated glow back to my skin when I wear powder products. I apply a nice hefty layer of this setting spray after makeup application & everything melds together for a fresh, seamless look. Even with an oily T-zone, the wear time with this product is great. Honestly, some of the ingredients aren't the best (high concentration of alcohol & Phenoxyethanol), but the formula IS effective for locking down makeup & immediately taking away any dryness on the face, so I keep on using it! I will say this - when purchasing this product on Amazon, I didn't realize it would be such a small size. This 2.03 fl oz bottle isn't much bigger than a miniature. (I've shown it here next to a Fireball single, for scale). The sprayer on this works excellent tho. It delivers an ultra fine micro mist, which is exactly what I want from my setting spray. Just keep in mind this is a travel size. The label on my bottle doesn't have an Expiration Date; it just says Made in Taiwan. This is an excellent product. I've purchased probably 6 or 7 times at this point. It is absolutely 100% fragrance free and dries quickly. Great for spraying on sponges, brushes, etc. to set. Does not dry out my 60 year old skin. It is a holy grail item for me.

I’m an irresponsible millennial with duel incomes and no kids so i’ve been living that Tatcha life. Decided to go to grad school so here I am. The value is nuts—I payed less than 5 dollars for what will last me for quite some time if I use it regularly. However, I doubt I will. First off, this stuff is DEWY in all of the ways I want it to be and it does stay like that for a decent amount of time (3-4 hours then I would just spray again). I also have oily skin and truly believe that dewy was made for oily folks to lean into it instead of fooling ourselves to think we can be perfectly matte, so don’t be afraid! But do be very afraid if you have sensitive skin!!! My first spray I had two thoughts: 1) this smells like my early twenties (day old PBR. Not very elegant). 2) what the hell are these weird hard crystals all over my phone?! I’m a skincare freak and seeing what got on my phone and how I had to actually CHIP it off totally had me nervous about what I just sprayed on my face. Sure enough minutes later my face was warm and turning pretty red, but nothing extreme. Impulsively I tried more anyways, had the same reaction, but honestly it looked shockingly good. The formula of this is sort of confused. It is mixed with a couple fillers, a couple bad for you ingredients (but somehow skipped perfume and let it smell god awful?) but a couple of skin loving ingredients too (I see you niacinamide) but overall, nothing in here is really that awful, and for under 5 bucks, I had managed expectations. IF I didn’t have sensitive skin, I would use this everyday. Its all the way dewy, makeup was set well enough, it irritates my skin mildly, but absolutely no breakouts which happens to be very easily, it’s the cheapest setting spray I’ve ever seen, but I also can’t wait until I can afford something where I don’t have to compromise. SIDE NOTE: The mist is not fine at all,but if you have an old bottle of something that had nicer packaging that you’ve used before, just dump this into that bottle and it will go on much nicer!

I used to use Urban Decay but this works just as well for a much better price. I spray 3-4 pumps on my face when I'm done with my makeup and it keeps it on all day. It leaves a nice smooth, lightweight texture that isn't tacky or sticky. I have incredibly sensitive skin and reactive dermatitis that flares up even with products I've used before, but I've had ZERO problems with this product. Will definitely buy this again and again!
