These work great They look great They don't take up barely any space
About one last year for my RV It kick butt I'm in Oklahoma now one's not enough so I got another one this one comes with a remote and a phone app it's smart Love it these things are really keep you warm and I love the fact it's a thermostat I don't like to have to wake up hot and sweaty or freeze the middle of the night because you know the temperature fluctuates a lot in an RV compared to what's outside thermostat in this thing is dead on keeps it in a nice stable temperature I love it I love it love it love it and I've got the thousand watt one which is better for an RV if you're an RV person if you're not an RV person you just don't want to use that much electricity to sting I have a 33 ft x 8 or 9 ft RV and about one of these we'll keep it nice in here and you know these aren't insulated very well and thing works it's butt off and not had a problem with it so I added another one to it I love them highly recommend them Good quality and I'm not good about the filters I need to and I have cats and a dog and they're still just trucking along

Thoughtfully designed, brilliantly executed.
I am a mechanical engineer with 4 patents, certified mechanic, 35+ years as a handyman, repair motorhomes, cars, power equipment, computers and a small boatbuilder. I have a few comments about this heater, although normally reluctant to praise a product, this heater deserves review.- It is a thoughtfully designed, brilliantly executed heater. Wall mounting prevents most likely accidents or fires associated with space heaters.- The 1000 watt power requirement means it is less likely to cause electrical problems with older or poor wiring, with a nearly unnoticeable reduction in heat output.-The unit is compact, filters are easily cleaned, easy to remove and replace. Controls are clear and simple, comes with a remote, batteries, and even a mounting template with level attached. Mounting took approximately 2 minutes.-I am using it in a 32 foot motorhome to heat the bedroom and bathroom only, it heated a 170 square foot area from 42 degrees to 68 degrees in under 5 minutes. The thermostat has a low setting of 40, perfect for preventing freezing in the whole motorhome. Output air is warm, not hot. I can comfortable hold my hand 6 inches away from the vent without pain. Will also help prevent unfortunate accidents by overheating surfaces nearby.-It is QUIET. Sound isolation feet and pads prevent noise transfer to the wall. The first unit arrived with shipping damage. I called customer service, had a return shipping label the next day. Got the new unit 5 days later, but not before being contacted by customer service about disposition of the refund.Stellar product, perfect customer service. I wish all companies were this good.Thank you!

Not quite up to its big brother
UPDATE: I purchased a second one of these so that I’d have supplemental heat is each bedroom. I live in the SE USA so I don’t need heating for most of the year. This newer unit has a bit more customization and I like the display upgrade. I’m going to add back that star I deducted from my original review. These little heaters do a great job.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Let me first start out by saying that I deducted one star from my review because it’s very obvious that I got a repackaged item and payed new item price for it. The product absent its used status rates 4 stars from me.I already have the larger 750w/1500w version of the Heat Storm. I’m very happy with it so I decided to add this smaller version to use in a bedroom. I like that this lower power unit darkens its display after a while. This means you don’t have any light shining from the heater while you’re trying to sleep. There is a drawback with this because the thermostat isn’t displayed nor is the power draw indicator. You have to go push the power button or one of the temperature control buttons to turn the display back on.I tossed the remote immediately and find no value in it. Someone else might like to have the remote. I just don’t care for it.As far as heating goes, it works just fine. Don’t expect this thing to heat a large room. Don’t expect it to maintain a huge temperature difference either. I haven’t tested yet, but in a small room I’d say this heater can maintain 5-10 degrees difference between the room and the rest of the house. Of course insulation, air flow between rooms, etc would all play a role in how well this heater will do.Overall I’m happy with the purchase. The heater is functional and has a low enough energy draw that my solar systems can power it without any trouble. It’s quiet for the most part and does a pretty good job of keeping the chill off smaller rooms.
