Nice earthy taste
This tea has a nice enough taste that I don’t add any sweetener such as honey. Some may not like the earthy quality and need to add to their taste, however I feel it’s nice as is.

Makes Sugary Snacks Taste Way Less Sweet
I didn't buy this tea to lose weight but instead to make sugary foods less appealing to reduce my carb load. Recently tried a gymnema sylvestre extract and found it didn't work. The chocolates I craved still tasted rich and sweet. But guess what? There was an old box of Buddha Gymnema Organic Tea in my cupboard. I steeped one teabag in a 16 oz cup of hot water and drank it 20 minutes before taking a bite of a chocolate bar. It tasted more like chalk insead of chocolate. There was still a tiny hint of sweetness, but not enough to make me want to eat the entire bar. This tea is not inexpensive, so I searched Amazon for similar organic but cheaper versions and couldn't find any. Why organic? I just don't trust foods that are labeled 'natural' to be free of heavy metals. Also looked at plain dried gymnema leaves. Still couldn't find organic and cheaper, so I added this Buddha tea to my subscribe and save.

Overall impressed.
This is my first time trying papaya leaves/tea. The scent and taste is herbal. It's not strong or bitter. The teas are individually wrapped in nice packaging. I like that. Overall impressed.

It worked for my sleep problems
Ashwaghanda tea: This tea has been a game changer for me at bed time. To even hope to get to sleep at night I would also take CBD gummies, up to 20mg of melatonin (yes, double the highest recommended dose), and 3 kinds of magnesium. And sometimes I would still lie awake. I don't like sleeping pills because I wake up "hung over" and I don't like to put all the chemicals in me. NOW...I drink that tea 30 mins before bed and take the magnesium, and I am asleep in no time.

My favorite tea (but)
The calm Budda blend tea is my absolute favorite tea. I've spent years of my life drinking tea. I've had loose leaf from tea shops in shopping malls to Tazo and other teas from grocery stores. I've had so many teas and this is my absolute favorite. If essential oils were a tes it would be this. Great smelling and tasting. That being said I wish this tea was sold "loose leaf" or bulk because it is not cheap. Another downside is many other types of teas you can get 2 cups from one tea bag. But not this. Ths flavor just isn't there for a second cup. Which again is another reason this tea seems kinda over priced. The reason for my review is I recently ordered and the quality seems to have decreased since my last purchase. It even seems as tho their was some sort of Matcha looking green powder in the packages when I opened them and the tea bag quality has decreased. They are more flimsy than they were before and the strings have broken off on this batch I got.
