Great for anxiety nausea, motion sickness, overeating, and hangovers! Relief in less than 5 minutes and usually provides relief at 2/5-3/5 power level! Re adjusting placement on wrist occasionally can help if no noticeable relief is felt at first. Great battery life.

The Reliefband has been a lifesaver for me and allows me to fly in comfort. Plane landings used to be agony for me but I actually enjoy them now since I don't have to put all my effort into trying not to throw up. I've been using the product for years and just replaced one that I had purchased 15 years ago. Not too long after that purchase, the product was discontinued and when it was re-introduced, finding one with a replaceable battery was impossible. I'm grateful the one I had has lasted as long as it did. On my last trip I noticed that even at Level 5 the pulse was weak but it still was enough to get me through a bumpy landing. So, it was time to purchase a new one and I am pleased that I was able to find one with a replaceable battery here on Amazon. What I love about Reliefband is that I don't have to take a drug that's going to make me drowsy and those didn't work well for me anyway, since the cabin crew wants you to try to be awake and alert during landings. I can also turn it on/off as needed during a flight. The nausea relief is instant! I witnessed that first hand when I saw my sister dealing with post-surgery nausea. She had my band on and while it was working to a degree, nausea broke through, and she ran to the bathroom to go throw up. I grabbed her hand as she was kneeling at the toilet and cranked the band up to Level 5. She then stood up and looked at me in total amazement because the nausea was gone. Yeah, it was that fast. There were no other incidents for her after that. One thing I've learned from my own experience with this band is that once it's seated properly and the pulse/vibration is working I needed to be careful not to jostle the band or move my hand too much lest I lose that sweet spot. But that's a small price to pay for nausea relief. I did notice that the vibration plates on the back of the newer band are larger than the ones on my old one. So maybe that will allow for more movement. I'd also like to give a shout out to the company itself. I was supposed to receive an extra tube of conductivity gel with my order and that extra tube was missing. When I contacted the company about my order I received a reply from them within a few hours that stated they would send that extra tube out right away. It came within two days. So, I am a very satisfied customer.

100% RECOMMEND!!!! I had a very rough pregnancy with my first born and when i found out i was pregnant again i knew the nausea would be bad again. Thankfully i did a lot more research this time and found this bracelet. I wanted to do more natural ways to deal with the nausea so this was great! the different settings on the strength of the pulses is a great feature. I didn’t throw up after getting this bracelet and the nausea was more than tolerable

I never leave a bad review but this is a one. It worked great at first. When it was time to change the battery, I found it was almost impossible to do it right, if you're a common customer like me. Most of us are not experts to handle button batteries! The plastic battery holder is so easy to break! And this product can not be returned due to food safety( the gel touch your skin). If you want to spend $150 just for one trip, then you might be happy with it.

My daughter has horrible bouts of nausea from her IBS which at times can be very difficult to control. I did some research and found this product and we thought she should give it a try. She came home one evening with very bad nausea and I reminder her I had bought it. She went in and put it on and after a short while she told me that the nausea had completely subsided. She now keeps it in her purse for such emergencies and it has given her back her freedom to manage her life. She cannot control getting nauseas, but she has now a solid option for settling it down. We bought the least expensive version which isn't exactly fashionable (which matters in her industry) but it is effective. When this one eventually wears out, I am sure she will go for the newer, sleeker looking model, even though it is significantly more expensive. She said at first that the little "shocks" to her wrist were weird, thought not uncomfortable, but they are a godsend for managing the nausea. Effectively she went from staying in bed all day because of how awful she felt to now being able to sit for a few minutes with the device and then spend an entire day on her feet working in a salon. Definitely a solid investment.

My friend had the sport relief band and decided to buy the classic (as it was cheaper), it works great for my migraines that bring on nausea and dizziness. Unfortunately however the metal contents is Not listed at all! What the conductors are made of... I have broken out it a rash, with bumps that is intensely itchy! I am allergic to nickel and have tried a piece of cloth and tissue, the cloth with gel conductor gives off a burning zap sensation. Instead of just a tingly zap. Tissue (kleenex) didn't work at all. I got the rash after wearing it for about 4-6 hours during work and still itches now. I am stilling trying to figure out a solution on how I can keep uaing it as it really works. Another down side and it's a BIG one, is the item is non returnable and that is not clearly listed either when reviewing and buying this product. I didn't have any reaction with the Sports edition Relief Band, but I am still trying to figure out what that conductor is made of. Still waiting to hear back from Relief Band store front themselves on what I can do.

Wore the reliefband just last week at Disney World. My 1st trial of the band & it worked! It kept me from feeling motion sickness during & after the rides. So it worked for me. Give it a try.

I have only used this twice so far. The strap is kinda long for my wrist (but I have small wrists so I'm not surprised). It did make my nausea go away! It took about 10 minutes before I started to notice, but it's nice that there is an option that does include medicine! I was skeptical to buy it because of the price, but now that I have it is totally worth the price! It somewhat helps with dizziness, but I think it only helps if you are dizzy from being nauseous. Would definitely recommend!
