OtterBox Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Case Symmetry Series- Retail Packaging - Floral Pond (Watercolor Blue Floral Design) (Discontinued by Manufacturer)

I decided to write this review - because if you're a woman looking to find the BEST case for your Note 4 - I hope this helps!And because I put a lot of effort, time and research! Im a bit of a perfectionist, but then again - who wants a s***y product, or a so-so product??I was looking to replace my old case by Caseology (in fotos its the plain white one), its been through a lot, and finally after 1.5yr of tons of dropping it got a small crack in the corner and it was time to get a new case. Plus, i was getting bored with the same look after all this time!Anyways, amazon is usually what i use, coz i love the Prime, and I read the reviews, do my homework and thorough research!I Really hate buying something - and then you gotta return it!SO, after searching and looking at tons of different cases - i selected few - and i ended up ordering this beautiful teal with flowers OtterBox case.Also, I bought 2 other cases from CellularOutfitters as - i didnt wanna get stuck with something i dont like.Plus, i REALLY wanted to find the BEST one for me!!I mean my Caseology case is THE BEST, but i just wanted something different for a change, u know!So, in the fotos - the black with purple and white with flower pattern are the ones i got from the cellularoutfitters.SO, here's my review:1. OtterBox Symmetry:The Good:- i loooooove the color and flower pattern, nothing there to complain! Its beautiful, and color is just as u see it on the website!- the case itself is one piece, and its easy to put on- definitely, very good protection if you drop a lot your phoneThe BAD:- heavy, as soon as i put it on - i felt my phone just gotten twice heavier! I mean already Note 4 isnt the lighest phone to carry around, but with the case, it just felt heavy.- oops! almost forgot! - the power and volume buttons - they were difficult to press, i mean i had to push down harder, after awhile it would be annoying.So, unfortunately as much as i liked the case(oh, that color and the flowers!!) - i still decided to return. :/FYI: The most difficult part with finding the right case for me was - finding the Weight of the product. All the websites, amazon, ebay, best buy, cellularoutfitters, ect - had very poor weight info, or wrong. So, basically i had to ignore the info.2. Since the other two are not on amazon - im gon be brief, but i think i saw the cases on amazon too.The Good:- both cases are good protection for daily usage, drops, etc.. I mean isnt that why we buy a case, anyways?- the plus was the tiny leg so u can put your phone up- and the buttons were easy to press!The Bad:- heavy and bulky! These two were making the phone thicker than OtterBox!- the black one was even bulkier than the white with flowers, and the rim around the screen was too high for me, felt obstructive almost when typing or swiping to take a screenshot! I understand it for screen protection, but man! Its not that comfy to use. The white one was better, but still just okay..- felt they were both bit on a cheap side, the materials were definitely not as quality stuff as Caseology and OtterBox. Definitely!but if u're on a budget and dont mind teh bulkiness, heavyness, then its Okay.So, after surfing the net here and there, reading many product reviews, etc to find a better replacement of my old Caseology case - I ended up ordering it again on Amazon!! (If you type in Search - Caseology Note 4 you should see the case, the red one.)Its still the Best case for me:1. It was lightest of them all! Doesnt make my phone bulky and heavy unnecessarily.2. Its still offers a great protection for daily usage and tons of dropsIts just very sleek and light and easy to put on.One thing though - amazon or anywhere on the inet i couldnt find more color options, just black, and red. Too bad, coz before there were like 6 or 7 nice options. I had the Gold one, and then White one.I said its for Ladies, coz I think Men wont mind perhaps carrying around a heavier bulkier phone? Though my husband doesnt like any case, so he carries his note 4 as is. Not a good idea though, coz i know how many times i dropped my phone and i knew nothing' gonna happen to it.I hope this helps, Ladies!!

First of all, let me just say that I love Otterbox. I always had the Otterbox Defender for my iPhones. Once I moved to a Galaxy Note 3, I had a Defender and Commuter. Upgraded to Note 4 and I bought a Commuter and now this Symmetry. They have all been wonderful! I feel like I am much more careful with my phone and as a stay at home Mama, my phone is pretty safe just sitting on the table. So, because of that, I have moved away from the bulkiness of the Defender cases. I had assumed that this Symmetry case was also a 2 piece case like the Commuter, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not! It is the sleekest Otterbox I have ever had. I am finding that I really enjoy the fact that the headphone jack and the charging port are not covered and that taking it off and on is so much quicker. I am still a bit clumsy, so I have to admit that I have already dropped my phone many times and there is ZERO damage. That is the joy of an Otterbox. You can rest assured that your phone will be perfectly safe under normal circumstances. You really cannot go wrong with the cases.

I had been looking at this case for a while because I'm a fan of Otterbox but I didn't want this overly bulky defender or the built in screen protector, the only reason i never pulled the trigger was because i was afraid it would slide a lot since its not a rubber back, i was pleasantly surprised to fond that the back has this really nice matte finish that adds ample grip while not adding too much bulk, definitely recommend!

Very solid well made case. It is slim for the quality of the build. I thought initially that it would be too bulky compared to the gel case I was using with my Galaxy Note 3, but I put it on my new Galaxy Note 4 anyway to try it out.. I was surprised that it felt very good in hand. The build quality of the case is so solid, it's a delight to hold and use. All of the buttons work fine. And I think it looks great on the phone. It does add a little more bulk versus the gel case, but feels so much more protective that it seems a good trade. My only negative is that I can't take advantage of the slightly narrower width of the Galaxy Note 4 compared to the Note 3. I had hoped to benefit from the slimness in getting a better fit for the phone in my running shorts pockets, but with this case, the phone is now slightly wider than the Note 3 in the gel case. That's the only thing I don't like about it. I like to take my phone when running and with this case, it no longer fits in the pocket of my running shorts. Its my fine in all of my other pockets - jeans, slacks, regular shorts.

I had an original Galaxy Note 1 Otterbox defender series, and now i am on the Note 4, and i completely forgot how strong and sturdy the product is on first opening and inserting the phone, I used my old Otterbox for years and only needed to replace the front panell screen 3 times cause of scratches and marks from falls. This product helps keep my phone running without a single crack, highly recommend!

Nice case. Lightweight and pretty. I usually buy only heavy duty cases.( I am such a klutz.) But this case seems heavy duty enough. (Until I drop it on the floor tomorrow for typing this! Hope not! Knock on wood.) Anyways, I have dropped my cell a few times and the case has held up. All buttons on my phone are accessible. I did have an issue once with a particular pair of earbuds. (Not sure the brand. Possibly some cheapies.) The jack housing was rather large and would not stay in the phone due to it hitting the case but that has only happened once and I have used several different brands of headphones with no issue.
