Nice upgrade from the stock shift linkage. Package arrived quickly. Very simple to install if you have a basic set of tools, basic mechanical skills and 10 minutes, you will have no trouble installing. I have only been using this linkage for around 500 miles, so it is yet to be seen how durable it is. For under $20 you can replace this thing 5 times for what you will purchase 1 at the HD dealership. I will say that the linkage itself and the heim joints seem to be of acceptable quality. I gave this product a 4 star because of the hardware that came with the linkage. The hardware that came with my kit was showing rust right out of the package. Frustrating, but when you spend $20 for a part it is not at all surprising. I cleaned up the surface rust and installed any way only because I was in a hurry, when I get some time, I will replace the hardware with some stainless hardware. Do not forget to use loctite when you install this part. I will also say that I have noticed smoother shifting since I have installed this linkage. I am not at all surprised as the heim joints are much tighter and smoother than the ball joints on the old stocker that I replaced.

poor quality aesthetics, but it'll work for now until the next time i can get to the dealer, not impressed with the poor cnc work, but the party functions properly and install was easy, the tie rod type ball swivels at the shift linkage were very stiff until i ride for about a half hour and everything is fine now, make sure the link is properly adjusted before you hit the road. ride safe!

Arrived quickly, installed easily, and seems to be pretty good quality, for the price. We will see how the finish holds up, and if it's sturdy and holds up to the road. I put it on my 2012 Road King Classic.

Nice product for the money. Looks great and is easily installed. But as with any other threaded part on any motorcycle use loc tite! (Blue is fine) That way you won’t end complaining how it doesn’t hold together. I’ve heard that before.

Not a bad product work well enough however the cap to cover the existing linkage does not fit over the existing linkage arm
