I purchased the book first and then later saw the workbook. I think the workbook would have been sufficient. I like the size of the book and the many lessons it provides.

I bought this book because the one my job provided for me.. .well my dog chewed up. Lol. (Yes my dog ate my homework) I’m taking a leadership development training class and this book is awesome!
