First, let me start out by saying that you will need two people to put this chair together. Maybe a more skilled person could do it alone but I recommend two people.A hex tool and extra hardware are included. They even give you gloves to handle the chair! Although, I did not use them.The chair is attractive bonded leather which is soft to the touch with an initial odor when first taken out of the box but goes away after a day or two.Adjustable to your height but the rubber on the top of the stand legs is a great touch for those (like me) who sometime prop your feet on the legs.I dont use the recline feature but works as intended.Being able to lift the arms out of the way was great for me so I can push under my desk. For those who do use the arms, the arms height are not adjustable.Overall, a good product for the price paid!

THIS IS BY FAR he worst purchase I have ever made on AMAZON! Good looking piece of total crap. They should use this device to torture warm criminals I am quite sure it is not as comfortable as a waterboard. Did I make myself very clear. DON'T DO IT! I HATE this chair and it was SO EXPENSIVE! Next time I will by my same old hundred dollar chair. Where should I start. How about you have to be 7 foot tall for your feet to be flat on the floor. My legs are already cramping and I have been sitting in it less than 15 minutes. Now in the time I took to write this my feet are asleep and legs are NUMB! It was a pain to assemble not as all that easy as some have stated. Over stuffed NO WAY... Comfortable NO.... Adjustable not really all the selling points are not true! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED! DON'T DO IT! This chair is not worth 50 $ ! My company will end up sitting on it when they come I WON'T BE! I have sat on bus benches more comfortable all that cushion is hard as a rock! I HATE THIS CHAIR! DID I tell you how I HATE this chair? I wish I could give it a negative star! I just threw away almost 200 DOLLARS!

I waited for this chair with great expectations. Unfortunately, the construction was made very difficult by poor instructions (in a typeface so small that no one can read them without a magnifying glass), and the alignment of the screw bases was imprecise and difficult to match with the screws. After two days, I still have not finished attaching the right arm (one screw just will not go in). The tilt mechanism simply doesn't lock: The seat seems to pitch forward slightly. The seat and back are well-made and comfortable. But, the casters require a lot of force to lock into the base. I am 70 and normally not challenged by instructions,. but this was a miserable experience. If I could get the last screw in and find a way to lock the tilt back a little, the chair itself would be ideal. I guess I'll have to live with compromises.

"The reclining chair has a locking system that allows you to securely keep the right angle for as long as you need to"I like the chair. The main issue with it is the locking system to adjust the recline does not stay locked. since the day I bought it the lock would "slip" causing the chair to tilt forward and cause a loud disturbing "bang". after 5 or so months of light use, the locking mechanism has worn to the point that in a 1-2 hr span time, I have to readjust my seat 5+ times. In addition to the annoyance, the chair naturally rests tilting forward....which is quite uncomfortable. Without the tilt feature I cannot recommend the chair. This chair appears to be designed to accommodate larger bodied people and it has already failed on me, a person of average size.

Nice Chair easily fits a large person. However like others have this chair is tall and if your under 6' you will have trouble having for feet comfortably hit the floor. I am 6'2" and had to adjust the chair totally tilted to the front to have my feet comfortably in the floor without pressure on the under part of your upper leg. For me this chair works but barely. Other than that its not the easiest to assemble but overall I really like the chair for the price. Again you need to be a tall person even with the chair set down as far as possible.

This is a great chair. I found it a little frustrating to assemble, and the instructions a little lacking in specificity, but not in a way that made things too difficult. The chair doesn’t adjust up and down very far, just maybe 4 inches. The leather material is nice and feels durable; it feels like how you would expect it to feel and should be easy to clean. I like the arm rests that lower or swing up out of the way, and the spring tensioner for reclining and the recline locking mechanism work very well. I’m tall and I wish the head rest was a little taller but it comes to my upper neck and should be perfect for anyone shorter than 6 feet. The casters roll nicely and there are no creeks or noises when spinning or reclining the chair. I would suggest this to a friend.

I bought this chair for a while. and I bought it for my house office desk. I was a full time master student, then I have to write my paper and project at home around 5 hours per day. This chair helped me a lot!1. It is easy to install. I am a female, and I did it by myself.2. The chair is high enough to give me comfortable environment to study.3. The chair’s back is not just soft also can hold my body!4. One of my roommates is 200lb. And sometimes when he have to do some office work he will use my chair LOL. He said that chair is strong enough to hold his body and very comfortable.

I love this office chair!As any product is, you get what you pay for. I paid around ＄160 for a comfortable office chair. I got just that.Pros:1. Lots of utility (reclines well and lowers/heightens)2. It was really easy to assemble, even though the instructions were a little bit simple everyone can manage to do it.3 .It feels both sturdy and very comfortable, and the seat and back are a good size for me.Cons:The build quality is not great if you look for that. Few missing stitches here and there, the screw holes slightly messy but overall hard to notice.Definitely 5 stars!
