This is the best price I've found on LongVida, and since it's a patented formulation you know you are getting a consistent and trustworthy product. I've tried hundreds of supplements over the years and LongVida easily makes my top-5 favorites that I hope to take for the rest of my life because of its efficacy at fighting inflammation (it noticeably improves my chronic back pain and my wife's chronic skin rashes). It puts all other curcumin supplements to shame

As a man in my early 70s, I struggle to get good quality sleep, and with a family history of Altzheimers, I want to do what I can to help keep my mind functioning well. Since good sleep and a well functioning mind seem to be dependent on each other, I'm concerned about what supplements I should be taking to help keep my mind healthy. This is a Longvida curcumin product that is reported to cross the blood brain barrier more efficiently. Since degeneration of the brain is normally a slow process, I can't really tell if this is helping from day to day. I take this product in addition to another curcumin product containing Theracurmin. My choice in this product was based part on research and understanding of the Longvida formulation, NOW Supplement's good reputation, and the reviews here at Amazon. This is as effective for me as anti inflammatory meds.

I have been taking NOW CurcuBrain with Longvida Curcumin for a while and I do feel some benefit. My focus seems a little better and I feel less foggy during the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that they are vegetarian.

For years I had been taking a different form of curcumin from Newport Natural Health, and it had helped the inflammation in my arthritic knee. Their product used the BCM-95 method to make the curcumin bioavailable. After I read a post by Josh Trutt, MD, I followed his recommendation to switch to a Longvida form of curcumin, as he claimed the method was superior to BCM-95. After a couple of months, I have to say that my knee is showing more, not less, inflammation. There are so many burgeoning methods for making curcumin bioavailable it is difficult to tell which method is really the best. Dr. Trutt has actually changed his mind and now recommends a new method, Theracurmin, and Newport Natural Health uses the Meriva process in their product that also contains UC-II and cyclodextrins in their Curcumin EX product. I will be switching from the Curcubrain Longvida product to either Theracumin or Curcumin EX, as it does not seem to be as effective as Newport's old product.

Tried another brand of elite curcumin thinking since it contained more curcuminoids it would be even better than these...i was so wrong. These pills are a life saver with neuropathy pain. I will never try another brand again. Lesson learned!
