I take one everyday and have no drowsy effects from them at all.

What are the other added ingredients please?

Lactose,microstaline cellulose.silica,magnesium,stearate, (E464), polydextrose,titanium dioxide and macrogol/polyethylene glycol. What ever is in there, it works and stops insect bites itching.
