Work as expected
Slightly brighter than my original but also there's subtle but noticable difference in colour between this and my OEM. Just ordered another one to have a matching pair. It's nothing that really stands out if you don't look at it closely but it's there.I'm pretty happy with my purchase - considering I only had one headlight working for a few months. Direct replacement for 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Limited
I have a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country Limitied; HID headlights is one of the upgrades the 'Limited' received over the other submodels. As a result, I wasn't sure exactly how to located a replacement headlight when the driver's side started to turn pink/purple, and then fail entirely. Using the online parts lookup I found that the part was listed for $179 (and that was online; goodness knows what a dealer would charge). I decided to pull the bulb and found this is the model that was installed (presumably from the factory?). Ordered this bulb and installed it and I am again operational for a great price - Excellent!

Not exactly like OEM but they work
I bought similar bulbs made by Sylvania which is part of Xenarc from auto parts store. They did not light up the road at night. Chose to go with this one from Amazon and lit up the road much better. Brighter, wider beam at less money then sylvanias. That being said, neither bulb matched the OEM from the dealer. However, for the price point, the Osram Xenarc from Amazon does the job. If you drive alot at light and it is dimly lit or pitch black, then OEM is the way to go.
