It is just too bad that anything natural seems to need a disclaimer because it is not a medically approved cure (FDA). Chemicals were not meant to cure anything. The author lists studies done by Big Pharma to indicate why a natural method may not work. Personally I wish we could all use what we have instead of spending a fortune on medical items which all have the potential for horrendous side effects. My personal favorite side effects are constipation, diarrhea, and death. I am not thrilled with any of them!! This book has many wonderful ideas for you and your family. Some of them we had heard in the past but forgotten, others are new, and I don't know if all will work , but they could save us money. Like cleaning the toilet bowl with vinegar, but yogurt for a facial.
