State Magnet Static Collectors Map with Colors

We have been collecting the individual state map magnets as they are small manageable sovenirs. We only collect the states we have actually been to. We also prefer magnets when we travel overseas. It's easy to carry and you don't have to worry about breakage. This is a window cling which I preferred over the other one that is offered . I went down to the hobby store and got a magnetic white board on sale for $17.00. Picked up some fabric ribbon and some fabric squares from Walmart for another $8 grabbed th hot glue gun and created what you see here in the picture. I don't really care that they don't fit together perfectly. Things I would change - the outlines came in black instead of red and the beige areas were a different color and the blue was a a more bold ocean color.

Good quality poster, but it's not big enough on some of the state's. The magnets on some states cross over into other states. Not talking litter New England states, KY doesn't fit as well as a few others.

I thought the actual map was going to be magnetic. A little misleading but as always the readers need to read every description of the items.

I got this as a gift for my husband who is a truck driver. He loves it. It is like a window cling and we put it on the frig. My daughter likes to come see on the map where daddy is today.

This is basically a window cling. I wanted it to hang on a wall (not on my kitchen appliances), so I got a side panel from a used stove and mounted that to the wall. Works like a charm! Love it! Now we can keep track of our travels!

The map material is too thick and or heavy to properly work with the State magnets. If you like the design I suggest you get glue on magnets and strategically place them on the back so the map will stay on the refrigerator.
