I am thoroughly impressed with this product, I purchased it because the finish at the bottom of my cast iron tub was completely gone from my Fathers shower seat when he was alive, every time I used the shower the porous finish would absorb in my dirty foot prints and it was a bear to clean.The first two photo in my review were from after I cleaned it but before using this product, I actually bought a competing product to refinish the whole tub, but the 4 DAY wait until using again vs 4 HOUR with this product and all the extra work to do the whole tub had me QUICKLY CHOOSE THIS PRODUCT.I was a little worried if the White I bought would cover but it did, I was also worried if it would be too tough to take baths - I have arthritis (it was a little rough at first but after a few baths my tender butt and back were fine)It’s been 3 weeks and I can say I am very happy, I have a metal suction cup shower holder that has fallen 4-5 feet and it has not damaged the finish, so it’s tough and durable, and best of all it blends in and does not look like a patch job.If I was to be critical the White comes with a separate activator bottle and I wish it came with just a little more activator or a better way to apply it than my hand with a rubber glove, it does evaporate and it makes it tough to know if I covered the whole area - but to their defense I did a large area on my tub and probably more area than intended (had plenty of product itself)I am extremely happy with the finish, look, durability, effectiveness of the no slip, and could not be happier with this product!!!!!

Product comes in a Clear or White and I picked White when applied last year in the center. Photo depicts the two shades of white the darker is the second coat applied yesterday in center. Still have mixed emotions over whether I should have used clear to match exact shade of tubs’s White. Surprised shipment received yesterday original container box did not match ad’s display box as shown in photo attached. Great product after drying in tub and eliminates slippage.

I purchased this product for my elderly mother so that she won't slip in the tub. I put it down per instructions and when it dried, I was kind of shocked to see that it actually has a very grippy, sandy texture to it. Nice. I or my mother have not used the shower yet to see how well the product holds up, but I'm hoping for the best. In addition, the product doesn't cover as much area as advertised. AT least it didn't cover that amount of space for me. It covered the size of one bathtub's worth. Not two. I have to buy another box of this stuff to finish the entire tub floor. It was very easy to apply, but you have to be careful that you don't create paint "lines" in the finished result. I hope that makes sense.

Very good stuff. Takes a while to apply and I do hate cleaning the tub with it on there but its better than the crappy mats you buy that slide or hurt your feet. It is slightly yellow when its dry but if people care why are they staring at my bathtub? Repeatedly bought and reapplied. Trusted this specific product for a couple years now. Its smelly when its fresh but as a caregiver for my mother who is prone to falling this stuff is very reliable.

I purchased this product for my shower floor hoping that it would make it non-slip. I followed the directions exactly as stated on the container. I even left it alone for two weeks after application to ensure that the product dried completely. Unfortunately, some areas on the shower floor have started to peel off after two showers. This is very disappointing since it took some time and effort to apply the product. I would not recommend this product.

I bought and applied this product 2 months ago, being sure to follow the instructions. It was easy to apply. I allowed over 24 hours for it to cure/dry/whatever it has to do. Worked great with a surface that's not unpleasant on the feet while at the same time making the surface of the tub slip-resistant. I've avoided all the cleaning products they advise again, and here we are 2 months out and the product is starting to peel off the tub. I figured it would eventually do that, based on other reviews, but I didn't think it would happen so soon.

This was easy to apply....I used a spray on Germicide cleaner with a hand-held, battery operated rotating pedbrush to clean the tub first. DO NOT USE CLEANSER! Make certain it is dry, then to be extra cautious,I wiped down the tub with paper towel saturated with alcohol. This helps it dry faster and eliminates any residue from cleaner. My tub is fiberglass, and I am 80 yrs old and it is like standing on an ice-cube when it is wet! I used half the bottle....applied a little bit at a time, and worked toward the drain from the back of the tub. It is not uncomfortable to stand on but woul probably scratch up your heinie if you sat on it; just soak a hand towel and sit on that. Old people don't sit down into a tub because it's hard to stand up from a seated position but this product would definitely allow you to get a foothold if you are elderly and not too steady on your feet and still bathing in a tub. It is pricey for such a little dab of liquid when you figure the cost per ounce and that there are 128 ounces in a gallon! A bit greedy!

Used this product for a elderly gentleman’s shower tray. Absolutely amazing product.Very easy to apply. Clear instructions.No worry’s now of slipping.It’s been down now over 12 months & still non slip & looks like new.

I had supposedly non slip stickers fitted to my shower tray but it was still slippery. I searched and found Tub Guard and it had the best reviews. Now I know why! It is AMAZING stuff! Look no further - much much better than the non slip shower tray I had in my last house.

Followed instructions to the letter, 24 hours after applying this was the state of my bath.Sent back and got a full refund.
