I bought this adidas knee sleeve while recovering from a knee injury, and it has honestly been a huge help. The sleeve is very comfortable to wear for long periods, and the fit feels supportive without being too tight or restrictive. It gives my knee the stability I needed during recovery, especially when walking, exercising lightly, or being on my feet throughout the day. One of the best things about it is the affordability. Compared to the others I looked at, this one offered great quality at a really reasonable price. The material feels durable and breathable, so it doesn’t get uncomfortable or overly hot after wearing it for hours. Since using it, I’ve noticed less strain and better support while my knee heals. I was on the hunt for a brace that wasn’t too cumbersome that it actually bothered the underside of my knee more with the rigid folding some of them do but wasn’t so light that it did nothing. This is perfect. I’ve used it with or without leggings. Occasionally I have to adjust it with moves that really twist and pull it down or up a little but it has absolutely saved my knees from getting skinned when practicing a routine over and over. It’s gotten a little bit of wear on the knit and some of the adidas stitching is loose, but I put this thing through hell so that’s to be expected and I’m just buying a few more to keep for once this one has done it’s time! I have washed and hung it to dry as well.

I really wanted to like this. BUT . . . the top and bottom edge have a trim and stitching that are not at all stretchy and is stiff and rough, and it has a few folds and puckers in it. Bottom line - this knee support sleeve cut into my thigh and calf and was exceptionally uncomfortable. By the end of a few hours, I had a lot of swelling in my ankle and foot, and the top and bottom edges left a mark that lasted for several hours more. Why, Nike, why ? Why couldn't you put a stretchy trim and use stretchy thread tp sew it on ? And why couldn't you have good enough quality control to make sure there aren't folds and puckers which are awfully irritating to sensitive and soft skin. I have cut off the top and bottom trim, and maybe this will do better for me. But I wonder how long it will last - it is already starting to fray and ravel. I won't be surprised if it comes apart before too long. On the meantime, though, I like it well enough without the tight trim. BTW - I did order according to my leg measurement (Large). I wonder if XL would be better, but I don't want to risk the money just to find it is the same difficulty.

Held up pretty well, I play catcher for my softball team, and my knees were killing me, the compression from these helped spread out the load a little bit in my opinion

I don't generally leave a bad review but this one deserves it. I made sure I buy new not used. The product comes in a single sleeve. It has such a bad smell as soon as I opened the box. It definitely was used and still had icy cool or some pain relief on it. Disappointed by the purchase.

I have a destroyed knee. My MCL, ACL, and meniscus have been shot since I was a teen. This is the best and most comfortable brace I have ever had. Not as supportive as prescribed ones, but so much more comfortable and doesn't look like anything under clothes

This is one of the best and the cheapest knee braces I have used in my years of training. It just works so well. You don't have to keep pulling it up. I bought $ 100 ones and no use. highly recommend if you do burpees, calisthenics.
