I have found these vitamins to be both highly effective in terms of supplementation of my needs, as well as gentle on the stomach. My hair and nails have been quite strong, though I do take additional biotin. The size of the pill is also not humongous, which is nice because it's hard to swallow a giant pill if you're not feeling your best. Overall, I will continue to use this vitamin.

Great value, will definitely be buying again. A few pills did come broken in the bottle. Amazon offered to replace but it was too much effort to send back for the new one so just dealt with piecing together the halves.

Ran out of my original prenatal vitamins, so I bought these. Haven’t had any issues with feeling nauseous or sick afterward. They are definitely thicker than my last one so I have to work a little harder to get them down lol. But overall, a seemingly good purchase

I am 32 and planning on starting to try for a baby in a couple of years, so I started taking these vitamins. They don't make me sick (most vitamins do) and I haven't had any negative side effects. My nails do seem stronger, but I haven't had any blood work done or anything.

I worried these would be constipation (as many MVIs with iron are) but they do not affect me negatively at all! Also, as a breast feeding mom, I love that they also include fenugreek and some other breast milk increasing supplements! I love these vitamins!

I have tried multiple prenatal vitamins and there was always something I didn’t like until I tried this brand. This is my second bottle since I started using this brand and I love it.
