These feel great.
I wear these every day in my work boots for an average of 10 hours. These insoles have made a noticeable improvement in my lower back and ankle pain steming from have flat feet. I highly recommend this product as a more affordable alternative to customade insoles that really don't last much longer than these do.

Great for Plantar Fasciitis Correction
I suffer from plantar fasciitis and would get foot beds from an Orthopedic Supply House for $345. dollars a pair. These work just as well for a fraction of the cost, and they last longer. Sole is a solid product and I am now a customer for life!

If I could lower them 1 star I would
Terrible orthotics. Less them 1/8” of thickness at the heal cup… they are also soo narrow that even though my sneakers are standard with there’s about a quarter inch gap on either side of my sneaker and these are supposed to be the thick athletic ones don’t waste your money insanely overpriced absolutely terrible terrible design

Best quality insoles I have used. Could use more in the metatarsal area though. These are very supportive although not as soft as the cork

Best over the counter inserts I’ve found
I have very bad feet. I’ve had meds, acupuncture, physical therapy, steroid injections and even surgery on both feet. My feet are still bad. I can’t walk without shoes. Bare feet is just too hard. I can’t wear shoes with heels. Typically can’t stand for more than about a half hour or so. Some days I have to use a cane. I’ve been through literally hundreds of over the counter pairs. They’ve all been garbage. I’ve had 4-5 sets of custom made inserts that work really well but are typically $200-$300 per set. I currently have two custom sets that cost me almost $500, and that’s with health insurance. A friend of mine recommended these and for over the counter, they’re pretty damn good. Not quite on the level of the custom inserts but I’ve not found anything over the counter that’s better than these.

The best insoles I have tried (and I have tried a few)
For years I have been wearing the Good Feet insoles and was looking for something to replace them. I tried 4 or 5 different insoles and none of them had the arch support that I needed. I got these in the mail and the second I put my foot into the shoe I knew I had found the perfect ones for me.
