Awesome sturdy chair. I needed help woth the assembly, putting in the reclining lever... I almost thought a piece to lock it in was welded to the bar. The hydrolic is very sensative, if you step too far the chair drops fast. The chair is quite heavy so it takes effort to turn it, but I'm not afraid of ANYONE sitting in it of any weight because it's so sturdy. A lot of my ladies can't reach the foot rest, so that's different, but not anything to not make the purchase for.

Purchased for home barber shop and I absolutely love it.. no damages it did arrive late but that wasn't a concern... will buy again

I spend $400 just for it to not include ANY hardware. Even an Allen wrench? No.The back doesn’t align with the seat cushion so it feels a little unstable because it rocks. But I’ve received multiple comments about how comfortable it is. You do feel like you lean back a little bit

It came is with missing parts . Broken parts . Got installed a realized one by one that what all is missing or broken n ripped .Save yourself time . Do not buy these . These are very bad quality chairs . Not heavy duty at all. Cheap fabrics used. And then processing a return was another 15days hassle .Amazon was nice to jump in the matter but still it took 15 days to make it possible .I ordered 2 chairs both were damaged and not useable in different ways .Do Not Buy These .
