OK but very thin
I've had noodle before that have been quite thick - these taste just the same (of course, seeing as they're made from the same ingredients!), it's just that they are a little thin and fell through my colander! I just used a metal sieve next time.

Great
My first delivery went to my old house by accident, and my ex-Lanlord CLAIMED he had never seen them (he is a liar). Six months after this sting, I reordered 10 PACKS after trying a similiar noodle in ITSU, and I am glad I did (haha boyfriend you were doubting me).I love these in stir-fry's, although as they can clump together, my boyfriend prefers them as a noodle soup. Pair with veg and sauce (I often add prawns or salmon) and voila, easy, healthy, simple, tasty, good, very good, great, nice.

Excellent noodles!
We really love these as an alternative to pasta. I am not a vegetable person, so these are great as very easily flavoured.

Short expiry
The expiry date was one month after i ordered them... not sure if that’s normal but definitely not ideal.

They do the job.
There easy to cook, a bit rubbery and have no flavour. Good for curries etc. They are not as teasty as regualer noodles but the lower calories make them worth it.

Just Perfect
Tasted just perfect. Good for making stir fry. As really helped my Keto diet, kills the carb cravings on keto.

A superb alternative to noodles or spaghetti
These are the best low carb / calorie noodles I have tried on the market so far. I always purchase the thin originalones as they have the least 'rubbery' consistency after cooking them. My tip is to boil them is lightly salted water for around 15 minutes, then drain off the water and add salt, pepper and a small amount of butter and give it a good mix in the pan then serve. I found that after cooking them for 15 mins the texture is pleasant and only a little al dente.I have been using these as part of my diet for almost a year now and have tried other brands but always return to these.I log my food and work to a calorie deficit, so these are perfect when you find you don't have quite enough calories left for a meal but need a side to bulk out the dish to be more substansial. I usually use them in asian inspired dishes or as an alternative to spaghetti.
