This is a good company but I did not find this product improved how I felt.

I was looking to get a little more energy so I could do my workouts when I get home from work. This product is perfect. I take it without food and almost immediately....zoom. It also cuts down on the soreness the next day I think. I do not have trouble sleeping at night. Dr. Andrew Weil and Dr. Oz or any other web site has no dangers listed for Ribose. It is made naturally in the body. I would recommend this as it causes no jitter feeling or anything.

Purchased for my husband who started having ribs of PVCs with resulting chest discomfort. This along with cutting back on caffeine significantly decreased his symptoms and chest discomfort.

I have severe fibromyalgia and am intolerant of prescription meds used to treat it. D-ribose is a supplement I use which helps with my symptoms. There is research on-line to review as well as speaking with your doctor first.
