It’s an a-z guide to mortgages that’s a must read for everyone in the industry. I especially loved the section on Valuation and default modeling

I get that it's an intro book but it seems even more basic than what I was expecting. Most of the information can be found with a few searches on Google and I felt Chapter 2 was kind of outdated in terms of how things actually work.
