Value for money : very nice i couldn't expect this product for this cheapest priceScreen quality : ok but taking photos will become breakouts.Battery life : will we are in online class with full charge means minmum 5 to 6 hours it will useableTaking long time like 2hours for full battery chargeable

After 5 months of use I found some issues regarding purformance of the tablet.Not fast processor, sufficient inbuilt memory ,Average sound quality Bessurround not working,Save setting option is missing.Good quality earbuds should have been provided.Some air bubbles and scratches found in the screen protector----screen protector installation was not proper.Good quality scratch guard should have been provided as it is not available neither in the market nor in Iball storeBattery life is very good ,Display quality is satisfactory and two movies can be watched without a stop.Overall performance of the tablet is average.This tablet is not as fast as it should have been with a 3 gb of ram.Android update is not available for the device.

Summary of my review:(A) Dead in 4 months with "mother board issue"(B) Service is LOUSY. Can take MORE THAN ONE MONTH.Details:I purchased this tab on 28-Sep-2019.It died on 31-Jan-2020.Submitted at auth. serv. center (ASC) in Bengaluru on 03-Feb-2020. Diagnosed as "mother board issue".AFTER 3 WEEKS, service center says it's still waiting for spares to arrive from iBall, AND WILL TAKE ANOTHER 10-15 DAYS.The ASC guy says "it's normal for iBall spares to take so long to arrive". (Guess what's that rarely found, hardly available spare part, which they're waiting to arrive from the Manufacturer? -- It's the mother-board !! If a replacement mother board is so difficult to find, I wonder how they're producing new tabs everyday).The Customer Support Call Center number has a tendency to completely stop working for several days, and then works again.You will find some responses from the Manufacturer to some of the reviews posted here for this item. You will notice that they respond only to the positive reviews. And they say in their response "Your satisfaction is our priority". That's an obvious lie, since they don't even post a response comment to the negative reviews !! It's an obvious lie, since they don't have even an SLA / turnaround time for their service. They're taking MONTHS to repair or replace a DEAD device under warranty --- perhaps to rob me of any remaining warranty time left.

Purchased on 24/08/19 and got delivered on 26/08/19. Good job Amazon. Tab and all accessories in good condition. Till now tablet performing well. Good speed, reasonable picture quality, sound also good. Charging is slow. Biggest issue is availability of screen protection tempered glass. For this model neither online nor off line shops having screen protection. So time being installed one little bit smaller screen protection. I Ball must launch/provide such essentials along with new models. Overall not a bad purchase, value for money. For moderate user (no game players) good product.

In this budget (8k) it's the good one to choose. It supports jio VoLTE.Brightness of screen is not good.Battery is good.Camera has of no use.

This tablet met my expectations. It's specs are amazing and even I can use it as personal computer by connecting a keyboard with the provided OTG cable free access to MS Office adds up the pros. Though the Battery life is good but the picture and sound quality are moderate. Overall is a good tablet and has value for your money

Bought this tab because of the size of screen, its been like 3 months and the charger does not work and probably will have to send it to a local workshop to look at the battery. No redressal possible for online shopping so there is no way the company or the supplier will do any thing, again a waste of good money for a faulty product, Please stay away. If these reviews go to the concerned company, please look seriously at the product quality, which as per my experience is downright horrible.
