I bought this Pompeian Extra Virgin Olive Oil specifically for soap making, not cooking, and it was an excellent choice. The bottle is huge, which is perfect because olive oil is one of the pricier ingredients in soap — especially with how much oil prices have gone up. I was surprised at how affordable this large bottle was, which is exactly why I grabbed it. The quality is great, it works beautifully in cold-process soap, and it leaves the soap feeling smooth and gentle on the skin. For anyone making homemade soaps or looking for a big, budget-friendly bottle of olive oil, this is a fantastic buy. Highly recommend! By the way, I have used this for cooking. It is a medium dark color so when you are utilizing it for soap, make sure you know what your color you exactly want it to be because it could throw the color off slightly and I actually have used it for cooking when I ran out of my other more high-quality olive oil or let’s say more expensive olive oil and the taste isn’t so bad either so it could be used for both with no issues

I really like the convenience and value of this olive oil. I prefer the smooth flavor over the robust option, and I love that I can order such a large bottle and have it delivered to my door. Well, this Virgin Olive oil I use on my orange juice or any kind of drink. I used to go with a guy, a doctor he would say that if Italians would drink a tablespoon of Olive oil, we should do it too. It's healthy when you drink Olive oil. The doctor would take it with just a tablespoon in his mouth. But I found out it's better in juices. Find a good juice and put it in it and I use it every day for breakfast

The easy squeeze bottle with unique sealing flip cap was the greatest - why did you discontinue it? Kids would even love to use it. Otherwise, this Smooth EVOO is more versatile if you want to use EVOO in less savory dishes, and if you have picky eaters in the house who don't like the "peppery" taste of other EVOOs.

Expensive for a small bottle.
