Best cast iron pan ever

Great quality and weight.
Perfect for homemade pizza. I also use it on the stovetop to fire homemade flour and corn tortillas. I've used it for yeasted and unleavened flatbread of all kinds. This is like the Swiss army knife of bread making. I looked for a large multipurpose flat pan for ages. So glad I found this one. It's a large enough size to allow a lot of flexibility. You can fit two or three small flatbread or you can make full sized sandwich wraps. If you clean it while it's hot & keep it well oiled, it won't let you down. Also, it has a rim, so you could technically use it as a griddle for flapjacks, grilled cheese, fried eggs, etc. Overall it's a solid piece of kit.

I make flat bread daily. Read!
This works perfectly! I use this daily to make flat breads for my meal prep. Flour/Sea Salt/water, that's it! Have not noticed any issues at all. When I am done, I use a damp cloth to wipe it off and then making sure it is dry. Enjoy!

Great Cast Iron Insert
I love cooking on my cast iron inserts on my grill at home, and needed some sort of insert for my electric grill in our marina boat slip. This is awesome! The first day I seasoned it heavily with olive oil and let it burn off. The next morning I decide to make breakfast on it, and made some amazing blueberry pancakes! The heat distributed evenly, the pancakes cooked to a prefect golden brown with crispy edges! Looking forward to searing steaks and making fajitas on it, as well as a pizza! I’ll be sure to update my review as I use it more.

Good cast iron
We used this while camping. Made great pizza but the seasoning on it isn't that good. Everything stuck to it. So you will have to season the pan yourself before you use it.

very easy to use on my grill
I purchased this for $24.95, a great value for the quality and use of the pan. I use it to make pizza on the grill. I'm very satisfied with the results, however, when I went to purchase a second pan at first there was a notice staying it was unavailable, then when I checked again, they showed availability at $36.95 for the same pan ? I have noticed this happening with other products as well, is it the manufacture or Amazon increasing the price ?

Works, but rusted even when following directions for cleaning and drying
This pan did the job for making farinata, a chickpea pizza-like pie. The pan came pre-seasoned and was non-stick for the first use. I did rinse it to make sure it was debris-free before pouring my batter into it. It is extremely heavy and should never be used by someone who cannot lift a heavy pan. I also highly recommend getting special mitts if you will be cooking at high heat, like I am. I followed the directions for cleaning, including putting it into the oven to dry little areas that may still be slightly wet, and it came out with some small rusted areas. Very disappointing. I have re-seasoned the pan and will try again, but I'm not even sure if it's safe to use again.
